The Network Marketing Ability To Last
If you want to be the lasting successful network marketer you must understand the ability of applying the principle of cooperation and be able to influence your team members to do the same. The lasting Network Marketing ability calls for cooperative power.
There are two forms of the network marketing ability.
The first, and by far the most effective, is the Network Marketing ability by volunteers, and with the mutual attraction of the volunteers.
The second is the Network Marketing Ability by Force, without the comfort and sensitivity of the followers. A pushy, aggressive Network Marketing ability is unwanted by 85% of the population.
Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, wrote, "History is filled with evidences that Leadership by Force cannot endure. The downfall and disappearance of “Dictators” and kings is significant. It means that people will not follow forced leadership indefinitely."
So if you want to have a lasting organization of volunteers who will build the business, avoid the pushy, aggressive network marketing ability and internalize the principle of cooperation network marketing ability. Take only the volunteers.
Network Marketing is the relationship between people, sponsors and team members, salespeople and customers, company management and distributors which calls for trusting relationships, and a new brand of attraction and mentoring leadership in our business and industry. The old thought of sales-by-force, must give way to "relationship of trust" or be entrusted to the rank and file of the failed and frustrated. There is no other way out for them.
The relationship of company management and affiliate, or of sponsor and team member must be one of mutual cooperation, based upon a compensation plan that pays the part-time distributor equitable division of the profits of business. That relationship of company management and affiliate, or of sponsor and team member has become more like a partnership of trust leaving behind the old theories of the past.
