Know that within the good is the answer. With good all things are possible. Good is the Living Spirit Almighty in you. Good is the source of all wisdom and understanding.

You should feel a sense of peace and well being by now. Relax and release all sense of strain and struggle. Trust the good within you. Know that all wisdom and power is in you to live a wonderfully successful life. Claim and feel the serenity of good filling your spirit, soul, and body. Trust that the serene mind gets its situations solved. Turn the situation over to the good trusting that good has an answer. Be peaceful.

The Network Marketing Mind

As the gardener cultivates his garden, so the network marketer must cultivate his mind. We must weed out the wrong, worthless, stinking thoughts and nurture the right, useful, fruitful thoughts. Everything is possible to them who believe.

The chapters of our life are being written one moment at a time just as our character, conditions, environment, and destiny are being molded one thought at a time.

Our own thoughts are responsible for what we achieve and all that we fail to achieve.

To rise high in positions or remain at the bottom because of conditions is in our control if we want it. We are literally what we think. Our character is the complete sum of all our thoughts. What we make of ourselves is up to us.

Our thoughts must controlled to mold our character, make and shape our conditions, environment and destiny. Our sufferings and happiness come from within. And no one can help us unless we are willing to be helped.

We must become strong of our own accord. From our own efforts we must develop the strength, which we admire in someone else. We are the only ones that can alter our condition. Our own thoughts are responsible for what we achieve and all that we fail to achieve.

James Allen stated, ”As a being of Power, Intelligence, and Love, and the lord of his own thought. Man holds the key to every situation, and controls within himself that transforming, and regenerative agency by which he may make himself what he wills.”

So we must give careful thought to the question, what do I want to make of myself?

The Network Marketing Ability To Last

If you want to be the lasting successful network marketer you must understand the ability of applying the principle of cooperation and be able to influence your team members to do the same. The lasting Network Marketing ability calls for cooperative power.

There are two forms of the network marketing ability.

The first, and by far the most effective, is the Network Marketing ability by volunteers, and with the mutual attraction of the volunteers.

The second is the Network Marketing Ability by Force, without the comfort and sensitivity of the followers. A pushy, aggressive Network Marketing ability is unwanted by 85% of the population.

Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, wrote, "History is filled with evidences that Leadership by Force cannot endure. The downfall and disappearance of “Dictators” and kings is significant. It means that people will not follow forced leadership indefinitely."

So if you want to have a lasting organization of volunteers who will build the business, avoid the pushy, aggressive network marketing ability and internalize the principle of cooperation network marketing ability. Take only the volunteers.

Network Marketing is the relationship between people, sponsors and team members, salespeople and customers, company management and distributors which calls for trusting relationships, and a new brand of attraction and mentoring leadership in our business and industry. The old thought of sales-by-force, must give way to "relationship of trust" or be entrusted to the rank and file of the failed and frustrated. There is no other way out for them.

The relationship of company management and affiliate, or of sponsor and team member must be one of mutual cooperation, based upon a compensation plan that pays the part-time distributor equitable division of the profits of business. That relationship of company management and affiliate, or of sponsor and team member has become more like a partnership of trust leaving behind the old theories of the past.
